An invitation-only membership organization, OSA exists to “provide investment capital, strategic advice and mentoring to early-stage companies to help them achieve market leadership in 'sustainable' business opportunities, with a particular focus on clean energy.”
Start-up companies seeking investment capital should be based in Oregon or Washington. Instructions for submitting your business plan are given online.
